Cooking to the beat

Cami loves to help me cook. Sometimes we turn up the tunes and dance while we get dinner ready. Here's a clip that Andy took of us gettin' down!

Visit with Grandma and Grandma

We went to visit great grandma Suzie last week. She's actually my great Grandma and Camryn's great great Grandma. Grandma Suzie is proud to tell everybody in her home that Camryn is her 5th generation. I think that's pretty special too!

Camryn, Grandma Lesiewicz and Grandma Suzie

Grandma Suzie just loves Cami. It brightens up her day when she comes, in fact, she brightens up a lot of the people in her home. They love seeing little kids.

Happy Birthday Mom! This picture is so adorable.

Oh Cami! Cute moments of the week

I just want to take a minute to note a funny little thing Camryn is doing right now. She's been into babies for a while now, but her latest and greatest little mommy moment starts with a doll daiper. It is now a routine for Camryn to come into a room and say "P.U!"Then she proceeds to remove the daiper and say "ook Mommy." I usually follow that up with a "Gross! You better change her daiper"...which she does, then pats the baby's back and says "All clean". Then the process may or may not happen all over again. Just one of those fum memories that I wanted to write out so we'll always remember.

Umbrella Tent

Mommy got a new golf umbrella at the golf show and Cami got a tent. The golf umbrella was a great make-shift fort for Cami. She spent a couple hours under there playing with her babies, reading books, and playing peek-a-boo. She thought it was really cool.
Daddy joined in the fun too. There's just something about making forts that makes you feel like a kid again.

Won't you be my valentine?

This year Camryn made all her Valentine cards for her friends and family. She put all the stickers and cut-outs on all by herself and then colored the inside with personalized artwork in each card. It took a span of two-weeks to get them done and they turned out adorable.

The finished Valentines - so pretty!

This picture cracks me up. It was the last sticker on the last Valentine and I think she was ready to be done. 16 Valentines is a lot for a toddler!

All ready to send! This is Camryn on the morning of Valentine's day, cards in hand ready to give to all her friends.

Packaged with care from Camryn... Happy Valentine's day!

Visit to Sturgis

Oh boy - chocolate covered strawberries for Grandpa and Camryn! Chocolate is Grandpa's favorite and strawberries are Cami's favorite. And boy did they enjoy eatinng them together!

We visited Sturgis not only to see the Kolzow family, but to celebrate the baptism of our godson, Andrew Groebe. His twin brother Matthew was also baptized. They both looked so adorable and did great. They're very laid back babies with very sweet personalities. It was great getting to visit with them over the weeekend.
